Better to do presearch nodes on my personal PC or just double up on my mining box?

Im about to allocate 250k presearch into 10k nodes.

I am also waiting in 4 weeks for an ETCMC mining box to mine ETCPOW. (eth classic)

it would save me leaving my personal PC on all the time to run the pre nodes off this PC. would this implicate the amount of PRE rewards I get? I mean this mining box would never be turned off.

If it is capable of running the nodes there would be no problem since what you would have to do is migrate the nodes, Remember that the reward is variable and will depend on the performance of the node, searches processed, score, etc.
