Some people do not understand how auto-complete can be anonymous and they may not understand that yours is. It gets confused with remarketing suggestions made on other platforms. You may want to consider adding a note about it being anonymous on the setting page or some other prominent location. Also consider adding a switch to turn it off, that would be a good place to add the note about it being private.
